Strategies by Player Count

The game plays very differently with different numbers of players.

2 Players

(1) Do not be afraid to block the other player with your tractor and fences.

(2) Use movement parity (odd vs even) to your advantage.

(3) Sometimes, the threat of cutting a fence is more important than actually cutting it.

(4) Save cards so that your opponent cannot anticipate your moves.

(5) Avoid overextending yourself early on.

3 or 4 Players

(1) Try to sidestep the other players. Let them fight while you quietly build up an advantage.
